The West Budapest Apartment is located on Váci út in Újlipótváros, where the city life is bustling and just 10 minutes from Deák Ferenc Square, the city's business and public transport hub.
Despite the bustling location, the building is quiet and the bedrooms overlooking the inner garden invite all guests to relax and unwind. The apartment is located on the second floor with an elevator at your disposal.
Self check-in (with code) is possible. Personal "key" handover on request.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the air-conditioned accommodation.

Bicycle and electric scooter rental from APP. Cycling is a popular activity in the area.
For guests who like to relax and exercise, the nearby Margaret Island offers well-kept green areas, open and indoor swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurants and entertainment. For more entertainment, the West End City Center, Central Europe's largest shopping mall, is located nearby at the Western Railway Station.
The nearest airport is Budapest Liszt Ferenc Airport, 18 km away. From the airport you can take a taxi or public transport, bus 100E or 200E.
About the on-street PARKING:
Weekend free - between Friday evening (22:00) and Monday morning (08:00) - on the street!
On weekdays parking is paid!
Parking costs 600 HUF (approx. 1,5 EUR) per hour between 08:00 and 22:00 on weekdays around the apartment.
The parking zone is 0131 in front of the apartment on Váci út and 0133 in the streets around the apartment.
The parking zone depends on which street you park in. You can check on the parking meters.
Parking can also be managed via an app. The app is called Easypark.
In
some streets, parking is reserved for residents only during the
specified periods. Please pay close attention to signs indicating
restrictions.

Direct booking procedureIf you are not booking through an intermediary, you can send us your reservation using the form under the "Contacts" tab.
You can book for any number of persons (max. 4 persons) and nights (max. 30 days). Please note that we may not be able to accept reservations for 1 night, especially in high season and on public holidays.
When booking, you must provide the name and address of the person making the reservation (for billing purposes), e-mail address, telephone number, number of guests, arrival and departure dates, approximate time of arrival.
The reservation must be accepted and confirmed by the apartment manager.
Payment must be made within 24 hours of our confirmation of booking.
Free cancellations can be made within 48 hours of booking.
In the case of cancellation 48 hours after booking but 15 days (inclusive) before arrival, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.
If cancellation is made less than 15 days before arrival, no refund will be given.
By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read the description of the apartment presented on the website and that you accept the terms and conditions described on this page and the house rules and the Privacy Policy !
Our guests can book the rooms only after the full payment of the price (influence on our bank account) !
In case of direct booking (not through an intermediary), you can only pay by bank transfer to one of the bank accounts mentioned in the Bank details.
If you wish to pay in euro, the amount must be calculated using the average exchange rate of the Raiffeisen Bank on the day of the booking (euro first row, second column). We will calculate it and include the final amount in our confirmation.
Important : for payments in HUF, please refer to the first bank details (HUF account), for payments in EUR, please refer to the second bank details (foreign currency account) !
Data management, billing
For a valid booking, the guest's contact telephone number must be provided, which will be kept for any problems or important questions until the guest(s) leave.
The accommodation providers are obliged to provide information to the MTÜ. Upon arrival, the guest is obliged to hand over his/her personal documents (passport or identity card, address card) to the accommodation provider for data collection (with a BM document scanner). For more information on the mandatory data reporting, please visit: https://vizainfo.hu/szallashelyek.
If the guest does not wish to hand over his/her documents to the accommodation provider, he/she is also entitled to have his/her data recorded in advance by the accommodation provider. You can download/read the necessary procedure on the My Guest app.
Since the NAV requirement imposes an invoicing obligation on the service provider and the invoice must include the name and address of the party invoiced and, if a company, its tax number, and since the owner issues an e-invoice, we need your address card and e-mail address to fulfil this obligation, even if the guest registers the guests in the My Guest programme in advance.
The owner declares that he will not use the data of the guest(s) for any other purpose than and only for the above obligations and that the owner will not store the data in printed form. The data stored on the computer will be stored until the possibility to make a claim has expired.
If you refuse to provide the above invoice details in writing and/or to scan the documents according to one of the above options, the owner has the right to refuse the guest's stay at any time and may also refuse to refund the accommodation fee once it has been paid !
Arrival/departure times
Our apartment is a family business, our working hours are varied, so it is important to coordinate with each other.
The accommodation can be booked from 15.00 on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, you must leave the accommodation by 10.00, otherwise a surcharge will be applied. Please inform us the day before at the latest what time you wish to leave the apartment.
Visitors (non-hostel guests)
the accommodation is only open during the day from 09:00h to 20:00h with the permission of the owner. Visitors' liability is assumed in full by the guest making the reservation.
Smoking
Not allowed in the apartment, only on the balcony! Electric cigarettes and IQOS also apply! Please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtrays provided for this purpose!
Pets
Pets are NOT allowed in the accommodation!
Open flame
Important: open flames (candles and any other open flame) are strictly forbidden to be left alone in any area of the property, personal presence near the flame is mandatory!
HeatingTo reduce overheads and to avoid additional increases in accommodation fees, keep the temperature in the apartment at 21 degrees Celsius during the heating season (15 October - 15 April).
Cleanliness
We strive to go above and beyond to increase your hygiene safety and comfort. Please note that guests may arrive a few hours after you have left. In order to guarantee them the same level of service, please take care of cleanliness. Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is also for the comfort of the guest.
Cleaning
for guests staying for more than a week, one cleaning service per week is provided by prior arrangement. If required, guests can request extra cleaning for an extra charge. Surcharge: 3000.- HUF /per stay.
Catering
Catering is not included in our services, but you can enjoy your meals in our well-equipped kitchen. There are several grocery stores and restaurants in the area ! We provide two rolls of toilet paper, liquid soap, shower gel, a few days' worth of sugar, salt, tea, coffee, so that our guests arriving for a short stay do not have to buy large quantities unnecessarily.
Tourist informationThe owner will be happy to provide you with information about nearby activities, attractions, public facilities (post office, excursions, beaches, pharmacy, etc.), please contact us! You will also find some brochures in the apartment.

Deposit
HUF 50,000 deposit payable upon arrival. If no damage occurs, the deposit is 100% refundable upon departure.
Compensation
The person who caused the damage or his legal representative must compensate for the damage caused on the property.
Insurance
The guests and their liability are not insured by any insurance company in the area of the property or outside it! The guest undertakes that if any accident happens to him during the service, he does not wish to make a claim for compensation.
We reserve the right
to select our clientele. We do not accept guests who are drunk or aggressive! The owner has the right to refuse accommodation if the guest does not follow the house rules and disturbs the peace. In this case, we are unable to reimburse the guest for any remaining days.
Guest complaint
We take any complaints into account and resolve them personally if possible. In such cases, please contact the above-mentioned contact person/owner 24 hours a day (between 00:00h and 08:00h only in very urgent cases).
Taking responsibility
The guest is responsible for his own behavior in the house, and bears the consequences of any accident. By using the accommodation, it goes without saying that the guest has read, understood and accepted the rules! Not reading or not knowing the conditions/policies does not exempt you from the consequences!!!
